Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. Once your order is placed, most rugs ship by the next business day, with delivery typically arriving within five to seven business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Returns
We want you to love your rug. If it isn't the right fit, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund, less a $30 restocking fee. Return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer.
To be eligible, the rug must be returned in its original, unused condition — clean, odor-free, and unexposed to pets — in its original packaging.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within five to seven business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or design? We're happy to help. For exchanges, we waive the restocking fee — you simply cover return shipping on the original rug, and we'll ship your replacement with free standard shipping. Just reach out and we'll walk you through it.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your rug arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us right away — we'll cover return shipping and make it right at no cost to you.
Final Sale
Please note that clearance items and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
